Hey guys Recently my new Pc arrived and I had some problems with the gpu. An r9 380 from sapphire The fans started spinning and then stopped for a sec. I thought it was the PSU so I changed the VS650 to a Seasonic S12II 620W Now,i built everything,set it up and it still does the same as it did b. This noise isn't noticeable or doesn't occur when the graphics card is not under load. I'm not sure how to fix this problem or if the GPU is actually the problem because I don't know how to check for that either. I would link a video, but I believe the fans would be the only noise noticeable. Any help, advice, or questions are welcome!..
